In keeping with the covenant of the Sanbornton Congregational Church: "for the worship of God and the welfare of all" our Board of Outreach works to help others in many areas of need and in times of disaster. We use our time, talents and money for the benefit of others locally, nationally, and internationally.

WHAT DO WE DO?
  • Prepare and serve meals at the "Franklin Bread and Roses Kitchen"
  • Contribute to area food pantries; especially the First Fruits Pantry in Sanbornton in partnership with First and Mountain View Baptist Churches
  • Participate through the Ukama Partnership with the Checheche Church in Zimbabwe
  • Send used eyeglasses and needed supplies to Zimbabwe
  • Prepare and serve Sunday Dinners for Seniors on a monthly rotating schedule, with the two Sanbornton Baptist churches, that will provide 50+ citizens with an opportunity to socialize and enjoy good food 
  • Participate in the local CROP Walk for Hunger through Church World Service
  • Donate annually to UNICEF, Church World Service, Lakes Region Habitat for Humanity, and the Heifer Project among others and UCC collections for Neighbors in Need, One Great Hour of Sharing, and Our Church's Wider Mission 
  • Support local, domestic, and international charities as needs arise
  • Prepare and send "gift boxes" to soldiers from our area of New Hampshire that are stationed overseas
